At Betsill Brother, we are serious about employee safety. Our record testifies to this commitment and we genuinely care about preventing accidents. We abide by a proven process that works to instill a culture of workplace safety and protection.
Site Orientation
Before starting any construction project, the Site Manager performs a site orientation with a checklist to let workers know the scope of work involved, any potential safety issues, and how risks will be prevented and managed. The team is briefed on job requirements, company policies and government regulations to help them understand the culture of safety in the workplace.
Safety Training and Site Safety Tips Protect our Team.
Site Induction Instructions for new workers are given on health and safety, site hazards and emergency evacuation plans. We abide by all OSHA Standards for Construction Safety. Complying with these standards is vital to safeguarding construction workers from harm. Betsill Brother makes sure the right equipment is being worn for the right job, and invests in job-specific PPE, such as specialty gloves, high-visibility vests, goggles, ear plugs, etc.
