Dwayne Betsill
President and CEO
Dwayne has been in the construction industry since 1976 with extensive experience in all aspects of building and development. He is a Director on Maui Economics Development Board, Hawaii Employers' Mutual Insurance Company, Water for Life International, Youth With A Mission-Maui and New Hope Maui Church. Dwayne is a board member of the Affordable Housing committee for Stand Up Maui. He has been married since 1977 to Janet and has three grown children and six grandchildren. Dwayne seeks to make a difference locally and abroad. He is actively involved in his church as one of the leaders and has a Master’s level Psychology degree. Dwayne and Janet speak in conferences around the world including Latvia, France and Honduras every year. He loves to spend time with friends and tries his hand at golf.
Bryan Goodnight
VP of Construction
Working in construction since 1980, Bryan oversees all residential, commercial and industrial construction projects and supervises our project managers and superintendents. Bryan joined Betsill Brothers Construction in 1998 as Senior Estimator/Project Manager and later became Operations Manager. He has been married to Janice since 1982 and has two children. He volunteers in his church and community mentoring teens and young adults, aiming to impact lives. A water lover, Bryan stays active surfing, snowboarding and spoiling his grandchildren.
Nathanael Betsill
Superintendent of Construction / Quality Control and Safety Officer
Experienced in Customer Service, Nathanael is responsible for overseeing residential, commercial and industrial projects. Nathanael has worked as a laborer, carpenter, mason, equipment operator, roofer and more since he was a youth. After graduating from the University of British Columbia, he began a career with BBC in 2015. He now heads up our new company, working with insurance agencies to restore homes from fire and water damage. Married to Stephanie since 2016, he loves to hike, surf, snowboard and travel. They have a son and daughter.
Brendon Moskow
Project Manager
Brendon Moskow’s professional background is in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in a variety of fields and locations including Machining/Fabrication, Oil Servicing/Exploration, MEP/CIVIL Design, and Project Management throughout USA, Canada, UAE, and Hawaiian Islands. He joined Betsill Brother LLC in 2020 as a Construction Manager, primarily leading county and state projects. Since then his role has expanded and includes bidding/estimating, project procurement, fiscal management, and overseeing projects from start to end. He’s a dedicated husband and family man who has 3 young children. He is heavily involved in his local church and helps lead an action sports ministry that hosts surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding events throughout the Hawaiian Islands and internationally. He spends his free time in a multitude of outdoor activities including surfing, hunting, spear fishing, dirt-biking, and regularly enjoys camping with his family.
Teresa Winterfeld
CFO
Assisting the CEO, project managers and superintendents in all accounting and office operations from Accounts Payable to financial statement reporting, Teresa excels in accounting for the construction industry. She joined Betsill Brother Construction in 2007 as Accounting Assistant to the CFO, then became our accountant and Chief Financial Officer. Married with three children, Teresa keeps busy with her nine grandkids.
Michelle Assis
Account / Office Manager
Michelle's story exemplifies someone who has invested time and effort into developing their knowledge and skills in the construction industry. Her experiences, dedication, and adaptability make her a strong and reliable leader in her roles as Office Manager of Operations, Project Manager, or Superintendent's Assistant in the construction sector.
Moving from Brazil to Boston at a young age of 24 and studying business administration demonstrates her determination to pursue her career goals.
Michelle does not have any kids but has a Cockatoo named Puffy that acts like a child specially when she is on the phone.
Jean Yokoyama
Contract Administrator
Jean has been with Betsill Brother LLC since 2018 and provides office administrative support services for the Betsill team. As a former local retail business owner, she knows what it takes, and the importance of businesses working successfully together to support the local community and stimulate the economy. She is a member of the Japanese Cultural Society of Maui. Her family volunteers to cook Okinawan andagi for the annual Kahului Hongwanji Mission’s O-bon Festival. Jean has been married to Troy since 1994 and has two children atending the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Maui. Her free time is spent working on crafts, spending quality time with friends and family, learning foreign languages, and watching K-dramas.
